Allyson has been in the casino industry over 25 years with over 2 decades dedicated to the Table Games Department. During this time, she has worked in conjunction with 14 local casinos and card rooms in the Southern California region providing them with the best trained Table Games Dealers. She has also landed multiple casino consulting contracts that included training of dealers, supervisors and surveillance personnel. By building a great rapport and reputation with casino management, it has enable her to assist students with job placement upon graduation.

Chad Barnett

Chad brings to The Casino Institute over 25 years of casino experience, holding positions from Poker and Table Games Dealer to Floor Supervisor and Department Manager on multiple cruise ships and land based casinos. Chad has been one of the main trainers in recent casino contracts involving on & off-site training. Chad also assisted in opening multiple poker rooms that included creating business plans for investor review; floor, cage and CCTV layout and design, F.E.&E. purchasing, creating M.I.C.S and P&P's as well as staff training.

Chad is C.F.O. of The Casino Institute, Inc. and acting General Manager.

John Baines

Senior Table Games Trainer

and Casino Consultant

Johnny has over 30 years of casino experience, holding positions from Table Games Dealer and Training Manager to Department Manager on multiple cruise ships and land based casinos world wide. Working all around the world, Johnny has gained an extensive knowledge of many casino procedures as well as casino operations that enable him to easily conform and adapt to new policies and procedures from casino to casino as well as detecting changes that can be made to them to increase game pace and game security.

Johnny has held contracts as Table Games Training Manager in many casinos including Harrah’s Casino, Sycuan Casino, Viejas Casino, Agua Caliente Casino and casinos throughout Italy, Spain and Africa.
