The Casino Institute specializes in Casino Consulting and Table Games Dealer training services. Formerly named, West Coast Dealing Academy and founded by Allyson Ott in 2004; our name has changed but our service and quality still remains the same!

JOB PLACEMENT ASSISTANCE
Once you walk into our school, we will hold your hand through the whole process beginning with enrollment, all the way up to the first day on the job. We will train you for all the games necessary for the casino desired and assist with tests preparation and completing the casino application from potential employers. We even go above and beyond to work with each student on pre-interview preparation including frequently asked interview questions, displaying positive body language, proper attire and much, much more.​ Most importantly, we will inform each student of upcoming auditions by casinos, schedule their interview and audition and many times we also accompany students to auditions.
The Casino Institute has a great rapport with local casinos and on occasions, Casino Hiring Managers make personal visits to the school campus seeking potential employees and have conducted live auditions and made job offers to students the same day.
